Puffco offers a 30-day return policy for unused, unopened products purchased directly from our official website. Due to the nature of our electronic vaporizers, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been used or touched by botanical material.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Support Center and submit a return request using your order number and the email address associated with your purchase.
Verification & Approval
Our support team will review your request to ensure the device is unopened; once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your unused item in its original packaging and include a printed copy of your RMA inside the box to ensure faster processing.
Ship and Track
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the unit.
